Cancellation/ Prepayment
The cancellation and prepayment terms and conditions may vary depending on the type of suite. Enter the dates of your stay and check the terms and conditions of the selected suite.

Terms and Conditions regarding children and additional beds.
Children pay – there is no age limit.
Additional beds and/or cots are available on request and must be confirmed by the accommodation office.

Additional requests are not automatically calculated in the total cost and must be paid for separately during your stay.

Pets
Not permitted.

Guests who expect to arrive after 10pm must get in contact with the office.

Cots are subject to availabilty.

Upon arrival, you will have to pay a deposit of €300 to cover potential additional expenses. This deposit will be reimbursed in its entirety after you have checked out, once we have checked that no damage has been caused.

Guests must show a valid piece of identification and a credit card upon checking in. Please keep in mind that all special requests are subject to availability and can incur extra charges.

Please notify us of your expected arrival time at least one hour in advance. To do this, you can use the special requests section when completing your reservation, or by contacting directly the accommodation office. Contact details can be found in the reservation section.

You have to pay before arrival via bank transfer. The accommodation office will contact you after reservation to give you instructions.
